With a special focus on hospitality, The Setting worked with the developers at In The Know Experiences to design a luxury rental property that further enhances both the guest experience and brand presence in the home.

The Setting refreshed the property Whooping Hollow, a 6-bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home located in East Hampton, NY. The team increased the property’s value by brightening, updating and enhancing its interiors and exterior. The Setting utilized vendor relations to minimize expenditures in various categories, including indoor and outdoor furniture, decor, bedding, bath amenities, security systems, kitchenware, appliances and welcome VIP gifts.
