VOGUE x Tanya Taylor

Tanya Taylor came to us with Vogue as partner to create a customized ceramic experience in the form of an intimate luncheon at her private home in Manhattan to celebrate the designer’s upcoming Spring/Summer 2019 collection at the start of New York Fashion Week.

To celebrate Tanya Taylor’s forthcoming Spring/Summer 2019 collection, we created an immersive dining experience with custom-made touch points. This included an artisanal tablescape, Pantone-matched dip dye linens made by hand in India, our hand-thrown ceramics made individually in Brooklyn, and bespoke blooms by Brrch floral. The Setting’s task was to bring cohesion to a custom dining experience by designing glazed ceramics highlighting the collection’s colors, layered within vibrant dip-dyed napkins and a sheer tablecloth to play up the Pantones of the Tanya Taylor brand.

Taylor’s collection was a fashion-forward and inclusive approach to design. The celebration was attended by influential and powerful figures within the industry including Glamour’s Samantha Barry and Saks Fifth Avenue’s Roopal Patel, joined by stylish personas like Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert, Selby Drummond, Nell Diamond and Karen Kaiser. Strong and influential women including Claire Distenfeld Olshan, Casey Fremont Crowe, and Lizzo were also in attendance. Featured in Vogue, the event served as a forum for talented and driven women to connect.
