The Setting designed The Merriweather, a beautiful property situated in East Hampton with a special focus on hospitality. The Setting collaborated directly with the property owners and operator to design a luxury rental experience that further enhances the home for ownership and the luxury rental market. Within 24 hours of the home listing, it was rented for the Summer season.

The Setting refreshed the property, a 5-bedroom, 4 bathroom home. The team increased the property’s value by brightening, updating and enhancing its interiors and exterior. The Setting utilized vendor relations to minimize expenditures in various categories, including indoor and outdoor furniture, decor, bedding, bath amenities, security systems, kitchenware, appliances and welcome VIP gifts.
